An emergency inflatable mattress should not be selected by user capacity alone. First confirm where it will be laid, how it will be inflated, where it will be stored during the day, and who will clean and repack it after use. A similar-looking mattress may require different chambers, valves, accessories, and packing for a tent, a school gym, or a multi-site distribution project.
Confirm floor condition, usable area per sleeping space, circulation requirements, available power, and daytime storage. The sample drill should cover unpacking, inflation, placement, deflation, and repacking so the project does not evaluate only the inflation time of one unit while overlooking the staff needed for batch deployment and recovery.

Record single, widened, and different chamber structures separately. For repeat orders, compare the previously approved specification, sample, measurements, tests, labels, and packing records, and approve any valve, surface, chamber, dimension, weight, or accessory change in writing before order confirmation.
A bulk project needs more than an answer for how long one emergency inflatable mattress takes to inflate. State how many units must be deployed at the same location, available staff, number and power source of pumps, valve interface, shift window, and backup equipment. A unit time is comparable only when inflation pressure, operator, pump, and environment are controlled.

Run a small-batch deployment trial with the approved sample. Record unpacking, unfolding, equipment connection, inflation, valve closure, visual inspection, and movement to the sleeping position. When power is unstable or distribution covers several areas, describe the available equipment in the inquiry. Built-in foot pumps, hand pumps, electric pumps, and external inflators change deployment speed, accessory count, training, repair, and packing. Do not assume interfaces are interchangeable before the product is selected.
The valve affects inflation, deflation, repacking, and later replacement. Record valve quantity, position, opening direction, seals, whether caps or plugs remain attached, and the pump or hose interface. Images can confirm position but cannot replace an operating check.
Chamber layout affects inflated shape, support zones, and the effect of local pressure loss. For longitudinal, transverse, divided, or raised-pillow directions, record inflated flatness, the appearance of each zone, seam continuity, and changes after use. Different chamber counts should not be merged into one product merely because the colour is similar.

If the project requires air-retention, leakage, seam, or durability testing, define inflation condition, working pressure or endpoint, rest period, environment, measurement points, allowed change, and pass/fail method. The report must cover the purchased structure and approved sample.
Deployed dimensions determine user and sleeping-space fit, while packed dimensions control warehousing, transport, and distribution. Measure both under agreed inflation or deflation conditions and state whether the pillow zone, pump, storage bag, and repair accessories are included. A flat uninflated size alone does not define actual use space.
After deflation, verify how easily air is removed, the folding or rolling sequence, fit of straps or storage bag, and whether ordinary staff can return a used mat to the planned volume. If only an experienced operator can force the sample back into its bag, bulk recovery may lead to damaged packing, lost accessories, and increased storage volume.
Wait for confirmed unit packing and carton data before container or warehouse calculations. Chambers, pillow zones, pumps, and accessories change gross weight, unit volume, and carton quantity. Do not calculate a widened product from single-person data or estimate logistics cost from images.

For multiple destinations, give each shape, colour, valve, and accessory combination a buyer-recognizable project reference. Keep it consistent across unit labels, instructions, storage bags, carton marks, and receiving lists so distribution staff can distinguish products without opening every pack.
Cleaning requirements must match the selected surface, valve, and seam structure. Do not apply one disinfectant, soaking, machine-washing, or high-temperature method to every inflatable mattress. State the intended cleaning workflow and test the surface, printing, valve, and seams on the sample.
A repair kit is not automatically included. If field patching is planned, confirm repair material, tools, instructions, quantity per batch, and staff training, and define which damage can be repaired or must be written off. This connects repair capacity, spare quantity, and repeat purchasing to the same budget.
Bulk acceptance should not stop at counting packs. First define the failures that would disrupt the project: inability to inflate, valve back-leakage, seam leakage, abnormal chambers, missing accessories, difficult deflation, or inability to return the mat to its storage bag.
