Separate Four Routes by Waste Method and Product Structure

Tank or flush portable toilets

This route brings the seat, clean water or flushing action, and waste holding into a portable unit. Confirm whether clean- and waste-water sections are separate, plus the filling point, pump or flush mechanism, seals, outlet, carrying points, and emptying procedure. A flush count in a product name or preliminary listing is not a bulk-order capacity until its model and test basis are verified.

Moulded container or seat toilets

Compare the seat, body or container, lid, base, and removable parts. The RFQ should define seat height, opening, overall dimensions, base contact, removal of any bucket or waste container, and whether a bag or liner is used. HDPE, PE, and ABS wording must be confirmed by selected product, not generalized to the whole category.

Use this route when user height, rapid setup, folded storage, and field movement are material decisions. Check the open locking points, foot contact, seat stability, adjustment positions, folded dimensions, pinch points, and the inspection required before every deployment.

Replaceable-bag toilets

This route reduces reliance on flushing and can support compact carriage. Confirm how the bag is retained, bag dimensions, any liner or absorbent product, hand clearance, closure after use, temporary holding, and disposal handover. Included bags, initial issue quantity, and replenishment must be separate quotation fields.

Temporary shelters, schools, or halls: confirm a level surface, separation of use and cleaning areas, privacy, ventilation, waste holding, and operator access.

Tent camps or outdoor sites: review stability and privacy together with the effect of heat, cold, rain, mud, or uneven ground on the selected unit and consumables.

Vehicle, patrol, or mobile teams: compare folded size, unit weight, carrying points, accessory packing, rapid setup, and return counts.

Older or mobility-limited users: provide target seat height, transfer and turning space, and any support requirement. An adjustable or comfortable title does not establish accessibility.

• Leaking seals and valves: Cheap flush units have thin rubber seals and poorly molded drain valves that leak sewage during transport; we use double rubber seals, 100% units undergo water fill + inversion leak test before packing, T-valve tightened and tested.
• Thin wall under load: Cheap units have <2mm wall thickness that deforms or cracks when sat on; we maintain minimum wall thickness per model (flush units 3-4mm, moulded units 2.5-3mm), 150kg static load test per batch.

Moulded bucket model: HDPE 2.5-3mm wall, removable inner bucket with reinforced handle, 15L capacity, sealed lid with rubber gasket, 150kg static load no deformation.

Foldable/adjustable model: high impact ABS with reinforcing ribs, positive lock when unfolded, non-slip rubber feet, 150kg static load, 100 open/close cycles no lock failure, no sharp edges.

Bag model: rigid frame with bag retainer ring, 100-120kg static load, matching thick PE waste bags tested for no leakage, optional waste gelling agent.

Safety use limits: All load ratings are for flat level ground only, do not use on uneven soft ground; do not stand on the toilet, only sit; do not pour boiling water over 60℃ into the unit to avoid plastic deformation; do not use as a step stool; children require adult supervision; empty waste tanks according to local sanitation regulations, do not dump raw sewage in open areas; for below -10℃ use, handle gently to avoid impact cracking; units are for human waste only, do not dispose of sharp objects, chemicals or hot ash.

Operate the Sample Instead of Reviewing Appearance Alone

Checks for every route

1. Measure operating and packed dimensions using the agreed reference points.
2. Place the sample on a surface similar to the project site and review base or foot contact, movement, lid, and seat.
3. Check load using the buyer's required method and record conditions; do not convert one sample experience into a category-wide load claim.
4. Simulate carrying, setup, closing, and repacking, including handles, locks, and pinch points.
5. Confirm that touch surfaces can be cleaned and that the waste component can be removed and refitted safely.

Add route-specific checks

• Tank/flush: fill, flush, observe seals and inclination, empty, and clean according to the selected model instructions; test for leaks after filling.
• Quick-fold/adjustable: inspect every adjustment and lock, confirm that the unit cannot fold from an incomplete setup, and verify packed dimensions; test lock security.
• Replaceable bag: install, retain, remove, and close the bag, checking opening size, support, and hand clearance; test bag with water weight for leaks.
• Moulded body: check the lid and removal route for the bucket or container and confirm that cleaning tools reach corners and the base; test handle strength with weighted bucket.

Connect the Toilet, Consumables, and Waste Route

Before use: inspect stability, locks, cleaning status, bag/bucket/tank, and privacy; keep clean consumables separate from used items.

During service: check fill or replacement status according to the site plan, maintain access and cleaning routes, and keep collection parts within the selected product and project limits.

After use: assigned staff replace, close, move, empty, and clean the relevant component. Final disposal must follow destination and project requirements; the toilet supplier cannot decide the local disposal route through the product alone.

A toilet privacy tent supplies enclosure only. Treat the toilet, tent, and consumables as one set only when the quotation and packing list explicitly list all three.

Calculate Turnaround as Well as Headcount

Begin with the project requirement or applicable specification, then check operating periods, cleaning or emptying turnaround, usable capacity, allocation by user group, site distance, and replenishment. A unit being cleaned is not available for use, so operating quantity may exceed the number open at one moment.

Calculate durable units and consumables separately. Allocate toilet bodies by site, user group, and spare plan. Calculate bags, liners, or treatment products from quantity per change, expected daily changes, service days, and project spare quantity. Do not apply one universal user-to-toilet or consumable ratio.

1. Should we choose a flush or replaceable-bag model first?

Start with water, emptying, and cleaning conditions. Where reliable water is unavailable or units move frequently, evaluate a bag-based or simplified collection route before confirming the project disposal method.

2. Can a “50 flushes” listing title be copied into a tender?

Not by itself. Verify the model, test condition, and clean- and waste-capacity basis, then place the approved value and method in the specification.

3. How should load capacity be confirmed?

Provide target load, user group, and test method, then verify through applicable product evidence, sample, or testing. Do not turn “sturdy” into an unsupported number; standard units are rated for 150kg static load on flat ground.

4. Is an adjustable-height model suitable for every mobility-limited user?

No. Confirm seat-height range, support, transfer space, foot stability, and the assistance available.

5. Are bags, liners, or treatment products included?

Only when they are listed in the quotation and packing list. Confirm opening compatibility, use per change, and replenishment separately; standard bag models include initial sample pack, bulk bags quoted separately.

6. Is a toilet tent a complete toilet set?

No. It supplies privacy only; the toilet body, collection part, consumables, and disposal plan remain separate unless explicitly listed.

7. Can a portable toilet be used indoors?

Evaluate surface, space, ventilation, privacy, cleaning access, waste closure, and transfer. Portability alone does not establish indoor suitability; flush and moulded models are suitable for indoor temporary use with regular emptying.

8. How should unit quantity be calculated?

Use project requirements, headcount, operating periods, capacity, cleaning and emptying turnaround, user groups, site distance, and spares rather than one universal ratio.

9. How should the initial bag and consumable quantity be calculated?

Quantity per change multiplied by expected daily changes and service days, plus the project spare quantity, after confirming compatibility with the selected model; standard estimate 1-2 bags per person per day for emergency use.

10. What is the most important sample check?

Operate the selected route: setup, load, locking, bag installation or filling, emptying, leak test, cleaning, and repacking, then record the results for bulk acceptance.

11. Can colour, marking, and packing be customized?

They can be evaluated by selected product and order, then recorded in the approved sample, quotation, label proof, and packing list. Custom olive drab for military, grey for medical, orange for rescue available.

12. What follows after an inquiry?

The site, users, toilet route, waste method, consumables, quantity, and destination are used to organize product options, specification checks, sample and packing requirements, and quotation scope.

13. Can these be used in freezing weather?

New HDPE/ABS handles normal cold, but below -10℃ avoid hard impact, do not drop units, empty water tanks completely to avoid freeze cracking; bag and foldable models are more suitable for very cold sites as they have no water to freeze.

14. How are units packed for freight?

Flush models individual carton 1pc/ctn; moulded bucket models 4pc/ctn; foldable models 10pc/ctn; bag models 20pc/ctn; full carton dimensions and weights provided per model for container loading calculation.

15. Do you support government tender projects?

We provide material test reports, load/leak test data, factory qualification documents, full packing/loading data and complete tender document support, can customize specs to match tender requirements.

16. What trade terms do you support?

Shipment from major ports in China, customer-nominated port supported; EXW/FOB/CIF available, DDP for selected destinations only.

17. How do you prevent leakage during shipping?

All flush units are 100% leak tested before packing, drain valves are sealed and locked, units are packed upright in cartons with foam protection, we recommend keeping units upright during transport.
