The Ultimate Emergency Toilet: Your Solution for Any Emergency Situation
The Emergency Toilet is a versatile and essential product for any emergency situation, whether you're in the midst of a natural disaster, on a military operation, or on a long-distance hike. Designed with durability and functionality in mind, this toilet features a unique design that allows for quick and easy set-up, making it perfect for rapid deployment in emergency situations.
The current emergency portable toilet range does not use one common construction. It includes tank or flush directions, moulded body or seat directions, adjustable-height or quick-fold directions, and lightweight replaceable-bag directions. Selecting the waste route first prevents a unit from reaching the site without the water, bag, inner container, or emptying method needed to operate it.

This page supports government procurement, humanitarian projects, wholesalers, and distributors comparing a portable toilet supplier. Use it to select the product route, prepare sample checks, and build an RFQ. Exact dimensions, load, capacity, flush count, material performance, and included components remain subject to the selected product specification, approved sample, quotation, and contract.
YRF Textile supplies 4 core portable toilet lines for disaster relief, field medical, military/police patrol, civil defense and humanitarian projects. Standard models maintain stable raw material stock, support MOQ 10 units for stock items, custom logo/color from 50 units, and 72-hour production scheduling for emergency orders. All bulk orders follow sealed sample production, AQL 2.5 final inspection and 3-year batch sample traceability.
Note: Below parameters are standard reference values per our current production specs, custom requirements are adjustable; all load and performance values are under flat level ground and proper use conditions.

This route brings the seat, clean water or flushing action, and waste holding into a portable unit. Confirm whether clean- and waste-water sections are separate, plus the filling point, pump or flush mechanism, seals, outlet, carrying points, and emptying procedure. A flush count in a product name or preliminary listing is not a bulk-order capacity until its model and test basis are verified.
Compare the seat, body or container, lid, base, and removable parts. The RFQ should define seat height, opening, overall dimensions, base contact, removal of any bucket or waste container, and whether a bag or liner is used. HDPE, PE, and ABS wording must be confirmed by selected product, not generalized to the whole category.
View the moulded portable toilet direction

Use this route when user height, rapid setup, folded storage, and field movement are material decisions. Check the open locking points, foot contact, seat stability, adjustment positions, folded dimensions, pinch points, and the inspection required before every deployment.
View the adjustable-height direction; view the quick-fold direction

This route reduces reliance on flushing and can support compact carriage. Confirm how the bag is retained, bag dimensions, any liner or absorbent product, hand clearance, closure after use, temporary holding, and disposal handover. Included bags, initial issue quantity, and replenishment must be separate quotation fields.
View the replaceable-bag direction

Indoor use still requires suitable privacy, ventilation, cleaning, and waste transfer. A portable toilet body does not by itself complete site sanitation management.

Foldable/adjustable model: high impact ABS with reinforcing ribs, positive lock when unfolded, non-slip rubber feet, 150kg static load, 100 open/close cycles no lock failure, no sharp edges.
Bag model: rigid frame with bag retainer ring, 100-120kg static load, matching thick PE waste bags tested for no leakage, optional waste gelling agent.
Safety use limits: All load ratings are for flat level ground only, do not use on uneven soft ground; do not stand on the toilet, only sit; do not pour boiling water over 60℃ into the unit to avoid plastic deformation; do not use as a step stool; children require adult supervision; empty waste tanks according to local sanitation regulations, do not dump raw sewage in open areas; for below -10℃ use, handle gently to avoid impact cracking; units are for human waste only, do not dispose of sharp objects, chemicals or hot ash.
HDPE/PP/ABS plastic: High density polyethylene is standard for flush and moulded toilets, impact and chemical resistant; PP is used for lightweight seats and buckets; ABS is used for foldable rigid panels, higher rigidity and impact strength. All are standard sanitation grade plastics.
Static load rating: Weight tested evenly distributed on the seat on flat hard ground, not dynamic or impact load; rating is for normal sitting use, not standing or jumping.
Piston pump flush: Manual piston pump builds pressure to spray clean water into the bowl, no external power or water connection required; ~50 flushes per full 12L clean water tank.
Double seal system: Rubber gaskets between clean/waste tanks and on drain valve to prevent sewage leakage during transport and use; tested inverted for leaks before shipment.
Replaceable bag system: Disposable thick PE bag held in place by a retainer ring, after use bag is sealed and disposed, no cleaning of the unit required; gelling agent solidifies liquid waste for safer handling.
Before use: inspect stability, locks, cleaning status, bag/bucket/tank, and privacy; keep clean consumables separate from used items.
During service: check fill or replacement status according to the site plan, maintain access and cleaning routes, and keep collection parts within the selected product and project limits.
After use: assigned staff replace, close, move, empty, and clean the relevant component. Final disposal must follow destination and project requirements; the toilet supplier cannot decide the local disposal route through the product alone.
A toilet privacy tent supplies enclosure only. Treat the toilet, tent, and consumables as one set only when the quotation and packing list explicitly list all three.
Begin with the project requirement or applicable specification, then check operating periods, cleaning or emptying turnaround, usable capacity, allocation by user group, site distance, and replenishment. A unit being cleaned is not available for use, so operating quantity may exceed the number open at one moment.
Calculate durable units and consumables separately. Allocate toilet bodies by site, user group, and spare plan. Calculate bags, liners, or treatment products from quantity per change, expected daily changes, service days, and project spare quantity. Do not apply one universal user-to-toilet or consumable ratio.
All four routes available as standard: 20L flush model, HDPE moulded bucket model, ABS foldable adjustable model, lightweight bag model; standard colors grey/blue/black/olive drab; pre-production sample confirmed before bulk custom orders.
Custom body color, printed logo, custom labels, multi-language instruction manuals; custom carton marks; matching consumables (waste bags, gelling agent, toilet paper) available as separate line items; can be bundled with privacy shower/toilet tents for complete kits.
Standard stock models MOQ 10 units; custom logo/color MOQ 50 units; custom modification MOQ 200 units; special small orders quoted individually.
Sample lead time 1-2 working days for stock samples, 5-7 days for custom printed samples. Bulk lead time 7-15 working days after sample confirmation, exact lead time based on order quantity; standard emergency orders can be scheduled within 72 hours subject to factory schedule.
Sample policy: We provide free specification sheet, formal quotation and sample application guide. Sample fee is quoted separately based on exact model and customization; sample fee and courier cost are prepaid by buyer, sample fee is non-refundable.
Certification & inspection: Support SGS/BV/Intertek pre-shipment inspection; material safety, load and leak test reports available per project; third-party certification costs are borne by buyer if required. We can produce per project standard and provide test reports, we do not claim official UN/Red Cross/military supplier status, we support custom project marking per requirements.
After-sales: Standard products cover manufacturing defects; batch samples retained for 3 years for traceability; stored in original packaging away from direct sun and high temperature, units remain usable for 5 years; replacement seals and parts available for bulk orders.
These inputs allow the applicable products, specification checks, sample scope, consumable list, packing requirements, and quotation scope to be organized.
Start with water, emptying, and cleaning conditions. Where reliable water is unavailable or units move frequently, evaluate a bag-based or simplified collection route before confirming the project disposal method.
Not by itself. Verify the model, test condition, and clean- and waste-capacity basis, then place the approved value and method in the specification.
Provide target load, user group, and test method, then verify through applicable product evidence, sample, or testing. Do not turn “sturdy” into an unsupported number; standard units are rated for 150kg static load on flat ground.
No. Confirm seat-height range, support, transfer space, foot stability, and the assistance available.
Only when they are listed in the quotation and packing list. Confirm opening compatibility, use per change, and replenishment separately; standard bag models include initial sample pack, bulk bags quoted separately.
No. It supplies privacy only; the toilet body, collection part, consumables, and disposal plan remain separate unless explicitly listed.
Evaluate surface, space, ventilation, privacy, cleaning access, waste closure, and transfer. Portability alone does not establish indoor suitability; flush and moulded models are suitable for indoor temporary use with regular emptying.
Use project requirements, headcount, operating periods, capacity, cleaning and emptying turnaround, user groups, site distance, and spares rather than one universal ratio.
Quantity per change multiplied by expected daily changes and service days, plus the project spare quantity, after confirming compatibility with the selected model; standard estimate 1-2 bags per person per day for emergency use.
Operate the selected route: setup, load, locking, bag installation or filling, emptying, leak test, cleaning, and repacking, then record the results for bulk acceptance.
They can be evaluated by selected product and order, then recorded in the approved sample, quotation, label proof, and packing list. Custom olive drab for military, grey for medical, orange for rescue available.
The site, users, toilet route, waste method, consumables, quantity, and destination are used to organize product options, specification checks, sample and packing requirements, and quotation scope.
New HDPE/ABS handles normal cold, but below -10℃ avoid hard impact, do not drop units, empty water tanks completely to avoid freeze cracking; bag and foldable models are more suitable for very cold sites as they have no water to freeze.
Flush models individual carton 1pc/ctn; moulded bucket models 4pc/ctn; foldable models 10pc/ctn; bag models 20pc/ctn; full carton dimensions and weights provided per model for container loading calculation.
We provide material test reports, load/leak test data, factory qualification documents, full packing/loading data and complete tender document support, can customize specs to match tender requirements.
Shipment from major ports in China, customer-nominated port supported; EXW/FOB/CIF available, DDP for selected destinations only.
All flush units are 100% leak tested before packing, drain valves are sealed and locked, units are packed upright in cartons with foam protection, we recommend keeping units upright during transport.
Yes, spare seals, pumps, handles, caps and replacement parts are available for bulk orders, quoted separately as required.
